Log into the mobile app, tap “Deposit,” enter the amount, and take a photo of the front and back of your check. Before taking the photos, on the front of the check please write “Mobile Deposit” and the date of deposit, on the back of the check please sign with your signature and write “Mobile Deposit Only at SSB”.

You can find this information on your checks or by logging into online banking:

Computer: Click on the account name, click ‘Details’ in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and clicking ‘Show Full Account Details’

Mobile App: Click on account name, click on ‘Details’ under Available Balance, click on ‘Show Full Account Number’

Adults will need a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or U.S. passport. For minors without a photo ID, a birth certificate and Social Security card are required. An adult signer will be needed until age 18.

No, debit cards are provided at no cost. A reissue of an Instant Issue Card (produced same day on site) may incur a fee.

Yes, a standard printing rate is charged. Although, individuals over 65 have earned the privilege of receiving checks at no charge.
